| Where is your merchandise manufactured?
All our merchandise is manufactured in the Orient, mostly in China.
Do you own the factories that manufacturer your products?
Yes, we have partnered with many of the factories we have worked with throughout the years while establishing and maintaining very strong and long term relationships with them all.
How do you quote your products?
All merchandise is quoted FOB Los Angeles. However, if you need a specific destination other than the USA or possibly other terms we can quote those as well.
What is the lead-time for orders?
In most cases the lead-time is 60 Days after APPROVAL of sample and Receiving Deposit or Irrevocable Letter of Credit. Special requests can be considered and discussed such as if the customer is willing to pay for an air shipment, etc.
Will custom orders be accepted?
Certainly! We can help you through the entire process from conception to fulfillment. A final sample of your product will take approximately 30 to 45 Days after receiving tooling charges, setup charges and confirmed artwork and drawings.
What are your Payment Terms?
50% Deposit with Order and Balance Due on Delivery, Irrevocable Letter of Credit. Or Wire Transfer.
Do you include setup charges in your unit pricing?
No. All setup charges are quoted separately. Depending on how you want to apply your logo, the size, how many locations, how many colors, etc., will determine how we quote (i.e. silkscreen, laser engrave, embroider, emboss, deboss).
How do I get samples?
Samples are available upon request with a fee (depending on the product and size) and we also ask that the customer pays the freight charges. Samples can take approximately one to two weeks.
Can I get a sample imprinted without placing an order?
Yes, we ask that you pay all setup charges and freight charges in advance and we will absorb any sample charges from the factory. After receiving your setup charges the sample will take approximately two to three weeks.
Do you require a minimum quantity order?
We try our best to meet our customer's requirements but there are times that depending on the quantity and product you are requesting it may not be feasible for you to manufacturer overseas. Do know that we will do our best to help you source your product with the minimums you require and we will help you find a domestic supplier to fit your needs if necessary.
What's the shipping method?
Our way of shipping all orders is by sea. However, all ways of shipping are available at your request. We can arrange your whole shipment or a partial shipment by Air or Sea upon your request.
Can you send me your full catalog and pricelist?
Sorry, we can't. We will put almost all of our products including new items on the site, and it will be changing frequently. So please remember to visit our site more frequently! We also can't provide a full pricelist due to the many different items we carry and the different market conditions that cause the prices to change frequently. We always suggest that you pick out items you are interested in and give us as much detailed information such as order quantity, OEM requirements, delivery requirements, artwork requirements, etc.
